In accordance with FCC laws and in consultation with attorney, the Thornwood Maintenance Corporation board hereby issues this guidance document with regard to placement of a satellite dish on properties within our neighborhood.

This form may be used to submit a request to the Architectural Committee.  The form contains the most basic information required.  Please also consider submitting sketches, blue prints, or copies of surveys along with this form.  Including more information about the nature and scope of the work you wish to do will greatly assist the Architectural Committee in evaluating your submission more quickly.

Changes to the Deed Restrictions proposed during the 2002 annual Thornwood Maintenance Association meeting.  None of these changes were approved by a sufficient number of residents to become part of the official Thornwood Deed Restrictions.
