Here are a few links to items you can find in various other areas of the Thornwood web site that our new neighbors (and potential neighbors) may find especially helpful. Please feel free to suggest additional content for this page or any page by sending an email to the VP of Technology You should have received a copy of our New Home Owner Welcome Letter shortly after you moved in. In addition to welcoming you as a new neighbor, this letter provides contact information for all members of the board and area representatives. In Thornwood we encourage participation in how our neighborhood is managed. The board of the Thornwood Maintenance Association is elected to serve the community and volunteers their time in an effort to maintain all our property values and ensure our community continues to be a wonderful place to live. Please feel free to contact any board member or you area representative whenever you have a question or concern. Speaking of Contacts, the Thornwood web site has a Contact Us page that lists all the Board Members along with their title and phone numbers. Please bookmark this page and reference it whenever you wish to contact the Board. The Using the Thornwood Web Site document shows how to register with the Thornwood web site. Registering opens up additional opportunities to keep up to date on what is going on in the Thornwood neighborhood. The Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control section of the Documents page has lots of great information. This includes a copy of the Deed Restrictions your Attorney should have provided at closing. There is a great FAQ that answers lots of questions you may have about the Deed Restrictions. There is also a generic form that may be used to submit requests to the Architectural Control Committee. |
